Processing & Confirmation

All Designated orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link within 24 hours. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking link’s information to update. If it does not show the progress of your order, rest assured that your package is on its way once you are notified that it has left the warehouse to be shipped.

Once your item has left the warehouse, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

Delivery

Your package should be expected to arrive between 1 to 10 days after confirmation, depending on the chosen courier and service. If you have not received your item in as much as 10 days, please contact us at info@designatedonline.com so that we can review the status of your order.

While DESIGNATED is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during transit, the warranty period of our products covers 12 months after purchase.

If your item has been lost during transit, we will review your case. Certain cases may make you eligible for a refund, especially if it was a mistake on our part. However, we are not responsible if the carrier loses your item. In this situation, we recommend that you file a complaint with the shipping company which we’d be glad to help you with.
